This is our family cabin and we ask that you treat it kindly by adhering to the following rules: ▻ 2 vehicles and 8 persons max (no parking at the neighbors cabin or blocking their access) ▻ Do not touch or tamper with security cameras or the internet router. You will be asked to leave immediately. ▻ Water is sourced from a natural well, it is safe and fresh for drinking; however, you may prefer bottled water. Try to conserve water to protect the natural environment. ▻ Do not feed or play with the wildlife (especially Bears!). You may see all kinds of animals and critters – these are the woods. Enjoy watching them from a safe distance. We have regular pest control for the cabin. ▻ No Pets. ▻ No smoking or vaping of any kind on premises. ▻ No hosted parties or big events For violating any of the above rules (pets, smoking, parties) you will be charged $500 as well as any additional cleaning/repair fees and will be required to vacate the property immediately. ▻ Our cleaners have a busy schedule, so early- or late- check-in/out may not always be available. If early check-in is possible, we will let you know! The fee for failing to vacate on time is $50.00 for every half-hour. ▻ No fires (including candles) due to high risk of forest fires. The fireplace is electric and emits heat. For any fires you will be charged $150 plus any damages and cleaning. ▻ Hot tub is for guests 18 and over only (children with adult supervision is okay - no toddlers or babies). Alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have other health conditions. Use of the hot tub is AT YOUR OWN RISK. ▻ No refunds for anything beyond our control (weather/natural disasters/icy roads/etc.) We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel insurance will protect your investment in the event of weather that would make the roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and other unexpected events. 🌟🌟 HAVE A FANTASTIC VACATION 🌟🌟

If you’re not used to mountain roads, it will be intimidating at first—but the peaceful setting is 100% worth it! 🛻 AWD/4WD is STRONGLY recommended year-round, especially during rain or snow. At the top, you’ll find a flat parking area and an amazing retreat! 🔑 Hassle-Free Check-In – No need to meet for keys! A personalized door code will be sent at least 24 hours before check-in.
